My wife and I have a number of properties that we rent and have been dealing with Sharon for many years. Even when competing with other agents, Sharon has always been able to bring the stronger candidates for the rental properties and in great time so that none of our properties have ever really stood open for very long at all. She has also dealt very professionally during the negotiation of leases, move in checks and handing over the property back to us to manage the tenants ourselves. Sharon has also been quick to send through reminders to both us as the landlords and the tenants of the renewal of leases and should the tenants want to move on, start the marketing process once again.
